Aboard Training expects that learners will improve their Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) skills while studying at Aboard Training, and after completing their course, they will be able to participate more effectively in the labour force. This will lead to greater gains for them and society in the longer term. Aboard Training will conduct LLN assessments before students commence their studies. This test is not an entry requirement. Aboard Training use this tool to provide additional support to learners who may possess a low level of language or literacy or numeracy, according to the standard training package AQF level requirements.
